i was treated to a day of much-needed pampering by cathy crispo mancini (the maven behind the spa) along with two lovely new gal pals -- charise garcia and jacqueline vong.

for now, i'll just wear them as cute bracelets.
i've been on the hunt for an incredible all-natural shampoo/conditioner for what seems like ever.
so i'm happy to report, i've found a line that lives up to my expectations: just bee natural.
the products are made from eco-friendly ingredients and are free of parabens, DEA, sulfates and silicone.
they even make your locks look and feel fantastic.

i enjoy getting my nails done, but my pocketbook does not.
so i've kind of perfected the art of doing my own nails (toes and fingers). it's something that shocks my parents to this day (they tell me i was not a girly girly.)
i'll wear just about every colour, too. which is why i fell for this summer nail guide from refinery29.
i recently interviewed my hair guru, greg may of greg may hair architects, for an article for elle canada. he talked about the importance of using a clarifying shampoo weekly to rid locks of dirt and product build up. if you're looking for one to try, may i suggest mop clean shampoo in basil mint? i may not have a lot of hair, but this product smells divine and leaves my locks so smooth and hydrated i kind of want to use it every day.
