dressing up my mac and apple products

i may have the ugliest laptop case/cover. and it's completely impractical -- though it's a bag, it can barely fit a pen, a notebook and my laptop.

which is why i'm coveting these designer sleeves by marc by marc jacobs. the colour! the waterproofness (they're made of neoprene)! the faux fur lining (i spent a lot of money on my mac, doesn't it deserve the best?).

love.

some wise fashion words from a manrepeller

so i met leandra medine of the super fashionable blog manrepeller at holt renfrew earlier this morning. she's lovely, by the way -- super candid, kind and intelligent.

one thing she said is you should never own a piece of clothing you wouldn't love to wear every single day.

which got me to thinking, do i love my clothes? does my wardrobe showcase to the world who i am?

and, in both cases, the answer is no.

so now i'm on a mission to revamp my wardrobe and personal sense of style.

know of any great fashion/stylist/wardrobe consultants? let me know!

oh, and this is an image of leandra with my intern -- i opted out of the image because i didn't look nearly as cool. the other is of my sad closet...
